Letters of invitation from the conference are given by request upon full payment of registration fees.

Once the University of British Columbia (UBC) has received your registration fee in the bank account, an invitation letter may be issued for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications. If you require a letter of invitation, please contact the UBC Registration Secretariat at registration@housing.ubc.ca. Should you have been denied your visa, a reimbursement can be made before the cancellation deadline on June 30th 2025 (deducting an administration fee of 35CAD the registration fee which is non refundable).
