Ken Small is from San Diego, California. He is a third generation (Point Loma) theosophist, so in this way, he could say that his ‘membership’ in the theosophical world began from birth. Kenneth has formally participated in theosophical organizations as well and has maintained membership in the Theosophical Society in America (Adyar).
