The 12th World Congress in Vancouver is organized by the Theosophical Society Adyar with the support of the Canadian Theosophical Association (CTA) as Host.
The purpose of a theosophical congress is to raise awareness of what it means to be a theosophist and how it is integrated in our daily living, while connecting with fellow members at an international scale. This event features dynamic sessions including lectures, dialogues, discussions, cultural evenings, exhibitions and more.

This event takes place once every seven or more years. Moreover, the program will feature special activities to celebrate two important commemorations marked in 2025: the 150th Anniversary of the Theosophical Society (TS), and the 100th Anniversary of the TS in Canada (CTA).

The event will be held at the University of British Columbia (UBC), located in Vancouver (Canada), a cosmopolitan city with a vibrant and multicultural population.

The University of British Columbia (UBC) is ideally centrally situated only 25 minutes by car from Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
Registrations will open in July 2024.
Each delegate needs to register individually, and confirmation of registration will be communicated to the indicated email address.
It is possible to pay with credit card or by wire transfer. It is highly recommended to pay with credit card, as the payment will be received immediately, while the wire transfer may take weeks.
Please note that after payment is received, any change/cancellation will be subject to an administrative fee of CAD35:
- Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel your registration at any time before June 30, 2025.
- Registration Fees: Please note that registration fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds for Meal Packages and Tours: Meal packages and tours can be refunded if the cancellation request is submitted in writing to registration@housing.ubc.ca by 12:00 AM PST on June 30, 2025. Meal packages and tour cancellations will incur a CAD35 administrative fee.
- No refunds after deadline: Meal and Tour cancellations received after June 30, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.
